Weekly Rates
Our weekly rates vary depending on the season. The villa is available for a minimum stay of two weeks, ensuring a relaxed and private experience for all guests.
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance must be settled 10 days prior to arrival.
A security deposit is also required before check-in and will be fully refunded after departure, provided that no damages occur during the stay.

May & October — €15,000 per week

Booking Information
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review the following booking information and house guidelines before confirming your reservation. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to assist you.
Reservations & Payments
A minimum stay of two weeks is required for all reservations.
To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% balance must be paid 10 days prior to arrival.
A security deposit of €10,000 is also required and must be transferred one week before check-in. This deposit covers any potential damage to the property or its furnishings during the stay.
Please note that the security deposit is not a limitation of liability. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the guest will be responsible for covering the full cost of repair or replacement.
Events & Gatherings
Private family gatherings such as birthdays or small celebrations may be permitted with prior approval.
Events are limited to a maximum of 40 people, and guests must inform the property management in advance before organizing any gathering.
Paid events and illegal parties are strictly prohibited.
In accordance with Spanish regulations and local community rules, loud music outdoors is not permitted after midnight. Music is only allowed indoors with doors and windows closed. We kindly ask guests to start lowering the volume after 10:00 PM to respect the surrounding environment and neighbours.
House Rules
The villa accommodates a maximum of 12 overnight guests, including any personal staff accompanying the group.
Guests attending approved gatherings or celebrations are not permitted to stay overnight unless they are included within the 12-guest limit.
Before the rental period begins, a rental agreement will be issued and must be signed by the guest confirming the booking. All reservations and conditions will be clearly detailed in this agreement.
In the event of any dispute related to the rental agreement, the courts of Ibiza will have exclusive jurisdiction.
